Course Description

Manual handling refers to the process of lifting, lowering, pushing, pulling, carrying, or moving objects by hand or bodily force. It’s a common activity in many workplaces but also one of the main causes of workplace injuries.

Assessment & Certification

Participants will be assessed through a short theory test and practical demonstration. Successful candidates receive a certificate of competence, valid for 3 years.
